Appraisal Service
If you are interested in finding out what your “raw”, uncertified or certified coin portfolio is worth, please contact us. We will work with you to give you the most up-to-date and accurate appraisal of your portfolio. We will also work with you when selling your coins to help you maximize your money.
In some cases, an accurate estimate of value can only be made by personally viewing the coins. This is one reason we travel throughout all 50 states (call us to find out when we’ll be in your town). You can complete the contact form, stop by the office, or fax it to 480-553-5290.
To get the best value possible we need to following information:
- The type of coin (example: $20 St. Gaudens)
- The grade (example: MS-63)
- Are the coins graded by NGC, PCGS, or some other grading service, OR is it graded by the dealer you purchased from.
- If the coins are “raw” or dealer graded, it always helps if you can give me the name of the dealer. Since I’ve spent nearly 30 years in the coin business, I can often tell the quality of a coin by knowing who sold it.
- Optional information which can help me estimate the coin’s value:
- Dealer purchased from
- Date purchased
- Amount paid
